I went toArtCollegewhen I left school and studied Textile Design. This love of textures and patterns is what inspires my photography.
Abstract patterns are great fun seeing everyday shapes and showing it in a different way in an image really excites me. Showing with a macro lens natures shapes that we wouldn’t normally take any notice of.
Living by the sea of course is a constant source of inspiration – changing daily and seasonally so I can’t help but take some shots when I see this wonderful scenery I walk in often at the beach in Charmouth and Lyme Regis.
My work is showing at The Shed Photography web site and I often show at The Town Mill Gallery in Lyme Regis.
